Some slight refinements, and the return of Manglemire.

Akeron's Inferno (hard)

  • Lowered HP of bosses and select underlings

Manglemire

  • Item level 423
  • New rewards, including Godsboon and Godsbane accessories, Tier 11 feedstock, and Deathwrack designs

Class Balance Adjustments

We made some improvements to a few classes:

  • Slayer
    • MP no longer decays when not in combat.
    • Increased cast speed for Combo Attack and Knockdown Strike.
    • Increased Measured Slice's chance to crit from 1.1 to 1.5.
    • Knockdown Strike can now be “pre-cast” during another skill’s animation.
      • Affects all skills except Measured Slice.
    • Increased skill damage of the following skills by 10%:
      • Knockdown Strike
      • Whirlwind
      • Overhand Strike
      • Ultimate Overhand Strike
    • Removed collision with group members while using the following skills:
      • Heart Thrust
      • Leaping Strike
    • Slightly increased attack area of Heart Thrust.
    • Increased the range of Backstab from 10m to 17m.
    • Using Backstab without a target now triggers a cooldown.
      • If there's no space to teleport to behind the enemy, you will not be able to use the skill.
  • Berserker
    • MP no longer decays when not in combat.
    • MP cost of Fiery Rage no longer changes when Intimidation is active.
    • Evasive Roll no longer triggers a cooldown for Evasive Smash.
    • Removed collision with group members while using the following skills:
      • Leaping Strike
      • Thunder Strike
      • Cyclone
    • Collapsed Cyclone Intensity I-III into a single skill.
      • Lowered available level to 26
      • Added additional effects at level 26
  • Mystic
    • Reduced cooldown of Shara’s Lash from 30 seconds to 27 seconds.
    • Increased the PvP duration of Curse of Confusion from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.
    • Shortened charging time of Arun's Vitae and Arun's Tears.
    • Thrall of Life now casts an AoE heal as its first action.
    • Decreased Thrall of Life's AoE heal's casting time.
  • Archer
    • Reduced the skill animation time of Find Weakness and Velik’s Mark.
    • Attacking multiple targets no longer diminishes the damage of Thunderbolt.
  • Ninja
    • Focus is no longer cancelled when you take damage.
      • Cancelled by knockdown.
    • Decoy Jutsu
    • Decoy Jutsu’s cooldown is doubled when attacking an enemy player.
      • Using the skill without a target triggers a cooldown.
      • Cooldown does not start if used on a target you cannot move behind.
  • Reaper
    • Removed collision with group members while using the following skills:
      • Grim Strike
      • Sundering Strike
    • When using Soul Reversal on elite monsters, you now teleport ~5m behind the target.
  • Gunner
    • Increased Willpower generation of Scattershot from 20 to 30 per successful hit.
      • Maximum of 150 (5 shots)
    • Increased Willpower generation of Replenishment from 100 to 200.
    • Reduced cooldown of Balder’s Vengeance from 6 minutes to 4 minutes.
    • Increased chance to crit with Scattershot.
    • Increased skill damage of the following skills by 10%:
      • Arcane Barrage
      • Burst Fire
      • Mana Missiles
    • Reduced the cost of the following glyphs:
      • Carving Bombardment (Rare): from 4 to 3 glyph points
      • Affirmative Burst Fire (Uncommon): from 4 to 3 glyph points
      • Empowered Time Bomb (Common): from 4 to 3 glyph points
      • Ardent Replenishment (Common): from 4 to 3 glyph points
      • Energetic Replenishment (Rare): from 3 to 2 glyph points
      • Persistent Rolling Reload (Rare): from 3 to 2 glyph points
      • Energetic Balder’s Vengeance (Common): from 5 to 4 glyph points
      • Energetic Balder’s Vengeance (Uncommon): from 4 to 3 glyph points
      • Empowered Balder’s Vengeance (Uncommon): from 6 to 4 glyph points
      • Empowered Balder’s Vengeance (Uncommon): from 5 to 3 glyph points
  • Brawler
    • Skill cooldown for Meat Grinder triggers if you fail to hit a target.
      • Using Meat Grinder on a target not suspended in air triggers a cooldown.
      • Using Meat Grinder without any target also triggers a cooldown.
  • Warrior
    • Removed collision with group members while using the following skills:
      • Leaping Strike
      • Rising Fury
      • Scythe
    • Backstab’s cooldown is doubled when attacking an enemy player.
      • Using the skill without a target triggers a cooldown.
  • Valkyrie
    • Backstab’s cooldown is doubled when attacking an enemy player.
      • Using the skill without a target triggers a cooldown.

Miscellaneous Changes

  • GvG combat is no longer allowed inside or near the Bamarama arena.
  • Added a camera shake option to the controls UI.
  • Added a secondary popup message when posting items to the Trade Broker.
    • Displays when the listing price is lower than the average price for that item on your server.
  • Increased the effect duration of Uncommon Noctenium Elixir from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
  • Increased the effect duration of Rare Noctenium Elixir from 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
  • Uncommon Noctenium Refiners now require 500 Noctenium Infusions for conversion (was 400).
  • Rare Noctenium Refiners now require 500 Noctenium Infusions for conversion (was 600).
  • Superior Noctenium Refiners now require 500 Noctenium Infusions for conversion (was 600).
  • Enchanting Bonanza Boxes now produce T11 feedstock rather than T10 feedstock.
